I know the struggle.
I've climbed my way through numerous life traumas, the scare of pre-diabetes, weight loss difficulties AND successes all while being a part of a very marginalized group in society (hellloooo barriers).
Through these lived experiences I've learned a lot about healing from hardships, improving self-love, navigating routine with a busy schedule, and incorporating healthy foods and recipes that I actually enjoy. I've combined these lived experiences with my professional experience as a Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Kinesiologist to create a transformative environment for women to become the healthiest version of themselves!
