After completing a Comprehensive Initial Assessment; where we dive into all dimensions of your wellness, especially your pain points, we will work together to align proper tools in order to have you feeling refreshed.
During a one-on-one session with Shaquelle not only will you receive a customized exercise and stretch routine; but you will receive ongoing support outside of the gym as well - including 15 min motivation calls, weekly check ins and ongoing email & text support. You'll also benefit from strategies that will improve your nutrition habits, energy levels, stress levels and sleep quality where needed!
