I lost 80lbs!!!
I dropped 80lbs thanks to Shaq! I've mostly reduced a lot of my sugar intake, but I still eat what I want. Same portions but spread out throughout the day. I walk and jog for about an hour a day now.

Shaq encompasses a fully healthy lifestyle and how you can take simple steps to improve certain areas in your life. She works with you on whatever aspect you need. Habits, mental health and how you talk to yourself, the relationship with food, and ofcourse workouts! I call her a "life coach" cause she is able to help with whatever I need and whenever I need it.
